WHAT WE DO?
- Provide training programmes for both inside and outside the gym specific to your needs.
- Work with young people who have never entered a gym to educate them on all the fundamentals of training and weight lifting.
- Work with experienced athletes with programs specifically tailored to enhancing sport specific performance and achieving the highest level of their respective sport.
- Work with previously injured athletes to restore them to full fitness.

- Work alongside you to create the programme specific to your needs, including talking about your personal goals and fitness testing.
- Offer a range of training style to suit your individual needs. There vary from classes in a gym environment giving demonstrations and allowing practical guidance, to one to one private sessions.
